Ingredients

  • 3 juicy oranges
  • 1 large fennel
  • 80g Calabrian black olives
  • 3 tablespoons of organic Calabrian extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh mint to taste

Preparation
