Description
A soft and colorful cake here brings all the liveliness of the red Rebecchi confits to your table. Parfait for special occasions or a gourmand gourmand, this recipe meets the sweetness of nature of the confits — without added gluten, without preservatives, just with authentic artisanal know-how.
Ingrédients
- 200 g of flour tout usage
- 150 g of sucre
- 3 œufs
- 100 ml of tournesol oil
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 chemical bag
- 1 citron zest
- 150 g of Cerises Confites Rouges Rebecchi
Préparation
- Battre les œufs with le sucre jusqu'à obtain a mélange clear and mousseux.
- Ajouter l'huile, le lait et le zest de citron, bien mélanger.
- Incorporer la farine tamisée avec la levure.
- Pour the pâte into a 22 cm mould, well and floury.
- Dispose of the confited cerises on the table in the warm light.
- Cook with four prechauffé at 175°C pendant 30–35 minutes. Check with a cure-dent.
- Refrigerate completely before serving.
