Spread on toasted bread and paired with pecorino cheese that melts in the heat, it creates an irresistible appetizer that will win over even the most discerning palates. Ingredients
- 8 slices of homemade bread
- 100g of Calabrian nduja
- 80g grated Calabrian pecorino cheese
- 2 tablespoons of organic extra virgin olive oil
- Dried oregano to taste
- Fresh chili pepper to taste
Preparation
- Toast the bread slices in a 200°C oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread the nduja generously on each slice while still warm.
- Sprinkle with grated pecorino cheese and return to the oven for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Drizzle with a drizzle of EVO oil, add oregano and chili pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
