Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 100g fresh ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Calabrian millefiori honey
- 30g shelled walnuts
- Cinnamon powder to taste. (optional)
Preparation
- Toast slices of whole-wheat bread in a toaster or frying pan until golden brown and crisp.
- Spread fresh ricotta cheese generously on each slice.
- Scatter coarsely chopped walnuts on top of the ricotta.
- Top with a generous drizzle of Calabrian millefiori honey and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
