ROASTED VEAL NUT
Ingredients:
- Veal nut gr. 100 per person.
- Butter, oil
- Salt and pepper
The best part of making a good roast is the nut and it is also necessary that it is not in small quantities. Take a good veal nut, tie it up and place it in a casserole dish with butter and oil in equal parts; season with salt and pepper, cover it with a paper greased with butter and place the casserole dish in the preheated oven.
