Aceitunas Negras Monacali Marinadas con Hierbas Aromáticas

Calabrian tradition in a tarro

The Monacali black vinegars marinated with aromatic herbs are a simple but impressive aperitif. The popular Monacali black vinegars, with their intense flavor and signature pulp, are even more irresistible than marinating in extra Calabrian virgin olive oil, garlic, romero and guindilla.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of Monacali black vinegars with hue
  • 100 ml of extra Calabrian virgin olive oil
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 2 fresh romero branches
  • 1 fresh tomillo branch
  • 1 dry Calabrian guindilla
  • Box of 1 lemon
  • Pimienta grains black to the taste

Preparation

  1. Exercise the vinegars and dry them lightly.
  2. Heat the vinegar with garlic, tomatoes, tomato and guindilla for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Let the flavored vinegar cool completely.
  4. Put the aceitunas in a clear crystal bowl.
  5. Add the lemon shell and pimienta grains.
  6. Verter el aceite aromatizado sobre las aceitunas.
  7. Cook and marinate at least 24 horas.

Advice

Maintained vegetables should be stored for up to 2 weeks. Leave 30 minutes before serving. The marinated vinegar is excellent for adding bruschetta or salads.
