Pain de Jurmanu à la Crème de Pistache et Miel Calabrais
Le petit-déjeuner royal calabrais
Commence the day with a touch of luxury: grilled Jurmanu pain, tartiner de veloutée, Sicilian pistache crème and finished with a filet of Calabrian honey. A combination of savers from the south of Italy that transforms the petit-déjeuner into a moment of pure pleasure.
Ingredients
- 4 tranches of pain from Jurmanu
- 4 c. with Sicilian pistachio crème soup
- 2 c. with honey soup from Calabrian fleurs
- Granules of pistache à volonté
- A pinch of the sea
Preparation
- Griller the portions of Jurmanu pain on the grille-pain or on four at 180°C 3-4 minutes.
- Tartiner généreusement la crème de pistache sur chaque tranche encore chaude.
- Ajouter un filet généreux de miel calabrais.
- Finish with some pistachio granules and a pinch of sea salt.
- Server immediately.
