Our history

Modica chocolate is one of the oldest and most expensive products of the Sicilian confectionery tradition. Prepared in the fridge following the original Aztec recipe, without added fat, it retains all the purity of the cocoa. Almendra Calabria's pastas, on the other hand, are the symbol of fiestas and celebrations: each bite is a familiar memory, of Sundays at home, of aromas that are never forgotten.
