Sicilian garlic in braid 1 kg.

The garlic we have chosen is cultivated in the open field and not in a greenhouse, on characteristic clay soils in the Sicilian hinterland between the provinces of Trapani and Agrigento. Once the garlic is extracted from the soil, it is left to dry for a few days in the sun, then harvested, cleaned and braided into typical braids that allow them to be kept hanging all year round.

A braid weighs almost 1 kg and contains about 15 heads of garlic.
