Ingredients
- 3 juicy oranges
- 1 large fennel
- 80g Calabrian black olives
- 3 tablespoons of organic Calabrian extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh mint to taste
Preparation
- Peel the oranges sharply and cut them into thin rounds, removing the seeds.
- Slice the fennel finely with a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Arrange the oranges and fennel on a serving platter, add the black olives.
