Broccoli ffucati Calabrese style
Ingredients for 4 people:

broccoli: 1.500 kg

olive oil: half a glass

garlic-
salt to taste
Clean and wash the broccoli; put them in a pan with the oil, garlic and salt. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
