Description
Artisan granola is the ultimate energy breakfast: crunchy, fragrant and customizable. Baked with oatmeal, honey, almonds and seeds, it keeps for weeks and is perfect paired with Greek yogurt and fresh berries for a complete and nutritious breakfast.
Ingredients
- 200g oatmeal
- 50g honey
- 30g coconut oil
- 50g slivered almonds
- 30g sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Greek yogurt and berries to serve
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Mix oatmeal with honey, coconut oil, almonds, seeds and cinnamon.
- Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through baking.
- Let cool completely. Serve with Greek yogurt and fresh berries.
