Description

Artisan granola is the ultimate energy breakfast: crunchy, fragrant and customizable. Baked with oatmeal, honey, almonds and seeds, it keeps for weeks and is perfect paired with Greek yogurt and fresh berries for a complete and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 200g oatmeal
  • 50g honey
  • 30g coconut oil
  • 50g slivered almonds
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Greek yogurt and berries to serve

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix oatmeal with honey, coconut oil, almonds, seeds and cinnamon.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through baking.
  4. Let cool completely. Serve with Greek yogurt and fresh berries.
