Ingredients for 4 people: - Cuttlefish: 1 kg - Onion: 1 kg - Spaghetti: 400 g
Clean the cuttlefish taking care not to break the bladders containing the black which you will put aside; cut them into strips and put them in the pan with the thinly sliced onion and the oil; cook over moderate heat. When they are almost cooked, add the black diluted with water and complete the cooking. Cook the spaghetti in abundant salted water, drain them and pour them into the pan where the cuttlefish and the black are.... Stir well and serve piping hot.
