Pan de Jurmanu with Crema de Pistacho and Miel Calabresa

Fill the day with a touch of Lujo: toasted Jurmanu bread, greased with a slice of Sicilian pistacho cream and finished with a dollop of Calabrian honey. A combination of flavors from southern Italy that turns your taste into a moment of pure pleasure.

Ingredients

  • 4 rebanadas de jurmanu bread
  • 4 spoonfuls of Sicilian pistacho cream
  • 2 tablespoons of Calabrian flower honey
  • Flavored pistacho granillo
  • A pinch of marine salt

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread in the toaster or in the oven at 180°C for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Generously add the pistacho cream to each piece to a warm temperature.
  3. Add an abundant hill of Calabrian honey.
  4. Finish with pistacho granules and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Serve immediately.
