Saucisse Courbe Calabraise aux Pommes de Terre d'Aspromonte et Poivrons

Ingredients
- 4 saucisses courbes calabraises
- 600 g of pommes de terre d'Aspromonte in yellow chair
- 2 poivrons rouges
- 1 oignon de Tropea
- 3 gousses d'ail
- Huile d'olive vierge extra calabraise
- Romarin frais
- Piment calabrais à volonté
- Sel et poivre à volition
Preparation
- Prechauffer le four à 200°C.
