Ingredientes

• 200 ml of Organic Alce Nero Arándano Nectar
• 1 hard plantain
• 150 g of plain yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon honey
• Flavored granola
• Fresh red fruits to taste
• Fresh mint leaves

Preparation

1. Crush the arándano nectar with the plantain and the yoghurt until you get a smooth cream and homogénea.
2. Verter the mixture in two bowls.
3. Decorate with granola, fresh red fruits and mint leaves.
4. Add a hilo of honey and serve immediately.
