Our Story

The 'Nduja di Spilinga is perhaps Calabria's most iconic product: a spicy spreadable sausage embodying centuries of rural tradition. The Tropea onion, with its unique sweetness, is an internationally recognized excellence. Carnaroli rice from Sibari, grown in the Sibari plain—one of the most fertile areas in Italy—is the king of risottos.
