Olives Noires Monacali Marinées aux Herbes Aromatiques

The black Monacali olives marinated in aromatic herbs are a simple and yet impressive entrée. Ingredients
- 300 g of olives noires Monacali avec noyau
- 100 ml of extra Calabrian olive oil
- 2 gousses d'ail
- 2 brins de romarin frais
- 1 brin de thym frais
- 1 piment calabrais seché
- 1 citron zest
- Grains de poivre noir à volition
Preparation
- Égoutter les olives et les secher légèrement.
- Chauffer the oil with the garlic, the romaine, the thyme and the spices for 2-3 minutes.
- Refresh the perfumed oil completely.
- Place the olives in your own bottle.
- Add the citron zest and grains.
- Pour the perfumed oil on the olives.
- Stop and marinate the refrigerator at the beginning of 24 heures.
Advice
Marinated olives should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Sort 30 minutes before serving. The marinade oil is excellent for enjoying bruschetta or salads.
