The 'Nduja of Spilinga is perhaps the most emblematic product of Calabria: an epic tart sauce that has been confirmed for centuries of Paysanne tradition. The oignon de Tropea, with its unique sweetener, is an internationally recognized excellence. The Carnaroli rice from Sibari, cultivated in the Piana di Sibari - one of the most fertile areas of Italy - is the root of risottos.
