Fresh Spinach - 500g

Freshly Picked Spinach is grown and harvested in the Meta district, a district in a pre-Aspromonte village. The harvest is done by hand. Spinach is almost always seasonal, given its short growth cycle from sowing to harvest as a tender seedling, but above all because it can be grown from October until spring. It should be harvested delicately and individually by hand so it can be enjoyed in salads to preserve its vitamin content.
