Also known as Satan's Kiss for their unmistakable spiciness. Harvested fresh and crisp, they are ideal for making appetizing preserves. The cherry peppers are known in the world in oil filled often with tuna or anchovy paste side dish or appetizer typically Calabrian with a strong flavor. Easy to hollow they become a pleasure to process according to one's imagination but also to eat raw and crispy on pasta. They are grown in the open field and without the use of chemical fertilizers exclusively in the sun of Calabria.
