We propose the oil produced by Calabrian farm that works in biological regime. Carolea, Ottobratica, Nocellara Etnea and Sinopolese are the cultivars present in the company. Exceptional on fish, meat, raw vegetable salads but also to be eaten raw on a slice of bread. Characterized by aciditylower than 0.3°, the oil is microfiltered and obtained by cold pressing.
