Where are your products produced?
All our products come from selected producers in Italy, with particular attention to Calabrian excellence and DOP and IGP certifications that guarantee origin and quality.
What do DOP and IGP mean?
DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) and IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) are European certifications that guarantee that the product is linked to a specific territory and produced according to rigorous specifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are protected by SSL encryption.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery generally takes place within 3-5 business days in Italy. For shipments to other European countries, times may vary.
How are food products shipped?
Products are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transport. For products requiring temperature control, we use insulated packaging.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unopened products in perfect condition. Returns for perishable food products are not possible for hygiene reasons.
