Description
Flower honey panna cotta is an elegant and refined dessert that captivates with its simplicity and creaminess. Calabrian flower honey, with its delicate, floral scent, flavors the panna cotta, making it unique and irresistible. Served with edible flowers and a drizzle of honey, it is the perfect dessert to impress guests with very little effort.
Ingredients
- 500ml fresh cream
- 3 tablespoons of Calabrian flower honey
- 8g gelatin sheets
- 50g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- Edible flowers to decorate
- Honey to taste for serving
Preparation
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Heat the cream with the sugar, honey and seeds of the vanilla pod over medium heat without bringing to a boil.
- Squeeze the gelatin and dissolve it in the hot cream, stirring well.
- Pour the mixture into 4 molds or glasses and let cool to room temperature. Rest in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
- Turn out the panna cotta onto plates, decorate with edible flowers and a generous drizzle of flower honey. Serve immediately.
