Prepare the marinade with the oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt, chopped onion and parsley. Marinate the pork chops for two or three hours, then remove them from the marinade, drain them, season with salt and pepper and place them on a grill over moderate heat. Turn them three or four times and when they are cooked and browned serve them with a spicy sauce.
