Description
Rosemary bruschetta is one of the great Italian aperitif classics: simple, fragrant and able to bring out the quality of extra virgin olive oil to the fullest. In this version we use our organic oil from Calabria obtained by cold pressing, which with its intense fruitiness and herbaceous notes goes perfectly with fresh rosemary. An authentic aperitif that tells the story of the land in every bite.
Ingredients
- 8 slices of homemade bread
- 4 tablespoons of organic Calabrian extra virgin olive oil
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange the slices of homemade bread on the grill and toast them for 5 minutes until evenly browned.
- As soon as they come out of the oven, rub each slice with the garlic clove cut in half-the heat of the bread will enhance the aroma.
- Generously drizzle each bruschetta with Calabrian organic extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle with fresh rosemary needles, a pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
