NEAPOLITAN STYLE STEAKS
Ingredients:
- 600 gr. beef fillet
- 50 gr. of ham
- 25 gr. of dried mushrooms
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- ½ lemon, parsley.
Take a wide and low baking pan, grease it with butter, on this butter sow the chopped ham, on the ham the chopped mushrooms (previously soaked in warm water and then carefully squeezed) and finally the parsley also chopped. Cut some steaks from the fillet to a thickness of half a centimeter, place them on the chopped mixture one next to the other, season with salt and pepper and place on the fire. When the steaks are colored on one side, turn them gently so that the mince remains adherent, then when they are cooked on the other side, pour in the juice of half a lemon, a few tablespoons of good broth and finish cooking.
