The Plateau Parfait for a Special Occasion

Our Speck de Canard Fumé Artisanal is the star of this gourmet plateau. The delicate smoked notes and the natural sweetness of the canard's journey harmonize magnificently with similar fromages, châtaignier honey and dried fruits, creating a refined entrée ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 150 g Speck de Canard Fumé Artisanal Tastiness
  • 100 g fromage affine (Pecorino, Parmesan or Grana Padano DOP)
  • 80 g soft cheese (Brie or Taleggio)
  • 2 c. with honey soup from Calabrian châtaignier
  • Une poignée de noix décortiquées
  • Une poignée d'amandes grillées
  • Quelques figues seches calabraises
  • Gressins artisanaux or pain rusticique grillé
  • Quelques feuilles de roquette fraîche

Preparation

  1. Place the wooden plank or the slate on the work surface.
  2. Finely slice the Canard Speck and dispose of it evenly in the center of the plateau.
  3. Couper the refined cheeses on top or on the left and the cheese on soft pâte in neighborhoods. Les positionner autour du speck.
  4. Ajouter les figues seches, les noix et les grillées grillées dans les spaces libres.
  5. Pour the honey from the châtaignier into a small pot or directly en filet onto the speck and the fromages.

Advice

Le Speck de Canard Taste should be removed from the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving to enhance the flavours. The honey of the châtaignier, with its light notes of love, is balanced parfaitement with the sweetness of the canard journey. For an even richer plate, add some Monacali black olives and a small bowl of artisanal moutarde.
