Hermitage Red Wine 2013 - manor production 75 cl.

Eremo 2013 is our wine, the one produced on our land in contrada Eremo. Obtained from a bland of indigenous and centuries-old vines proper to this geological area the nerello calabrese and nocera. Eremo is characterized by an intense ruby red color, soft and elegant, with firm tannins. pairings are with a board of typical local products, pecorino dell'Aspromonte, caciocavallo silano Dop, local ricotta, honey, dried figs and almonds, local capicollo, sweet and spicy salami, and homemade bread. At dinner, pair with traditional Calabrian pork dishes, grilled lamb chops, black pork sausage, roasted guanciale or pancetta.
