Alce Nero organic nectar — obtained from pureed fresh fruits without artificial herbs — deviate from the crémeuse base of this colored smoothie bowl. Ready in 10 minutes, this is the most gourmet way to start your day with natural energy.

Ingredients

• 200 ml of Alce Nero Organic Myrtille Nectar
• 1 banana mûre
• 150 g of Greek yoghurt
• 1 cuillère à soupe de honey
• Granola, à volonté
• Fruits rouges frais, à volonté
• Feuilles de menthe fraîche

Préparation

1. Mix the myrtle nectar with the banana and the Greek yoghurt to obtain one crème lisse et homogène.
2. Pour the mixture into two bottles.
3. Garnish with granola, frais red fruits and menthe slices.
4. Ajouter a filet de honey and serve immediately.
